Choose how customers pay

There are two ways customers can pay you. With Korapay, they pay by card or transfer and the order is confirmed at once. With Direct Bank Transfer, they send money straight to your account and WhatsApp you the receipt, and you confirm the order yourself. You can have one or both on.

Open your store settings

Tap My Store in the menu 1, then tap the Settings tab 2.

Switch payment methods on or off

Scroll down to Payment Methods. Tap the switch next to Korapay 1 or Direct Bank Transfer 2. Purple means on. At least one has to stay on.

Save

Scroll back to the top and tap Save.
